Discover our flavoursGrandfather Moyà opened the workshop in Sant Elm in 1962 with a simple idea: ice cream made from fresh milk, seasonal fruit, sugar, and nothing else.
Today we are three generations repeating the same gesture every morning: fruit chosen at Andratx market, milk from neighbouring farms, and Sóller orange sorbet only when the season allows.
